Captain Robert and his crew offer your (preferably female) officers specific training is following areas:

Lieutenant Commanders:
Emergency Power to Shields III - after spending few days in Chief Aveline's Engineering Room of Horrors(TM) your officers will learn how to efficiently use energy to maximize your shields and become flying impenetrable balloon in space!
Engineering Team III - Is your engineering team a group of never-do-well drunks and slowpokes? Have no fear! MacDougal's family secret of how to motivate your crew can now be yours too so that they can plug those holes in your hull in no time!

Commanders:
Phaser Turret Fabrication III - Do you like chief Aveline's shiny (and destructive) toys? Now even you can know how to manufacture and use her patented transportable place-and-forget phaser turrets!
Support Drone Fabrication I - Are you looking with envious eyes when captain MacDougal calls in for transportation of hovering support and defense drones? As most of shiny technology, this one also comes from chief Aveline's Engineering Lab of Things Better Left Unknown(TM).
Extend Shields III - After a short seminar held by chief Aveline and chief science officer Pulsar, you will learn how to work miracles with your shields and extend them to your fellows in the fleet! This advanced lessons in shield management are not for the feint of heart.

All trainings are overwatched by Captain MacDougal himself.

Captain Awesome offers your officers Advanced Awesome Tactical Training and polishes your security and tactical personal to be among the best of the best within Starfleet. They'll simply become awesome!

Lieutenant Commanders:
  • Beam Fire at Will III - Chief Security Officer Mr. Rajakanya will teach you how to programm your phaser arrays and banks to fire at multiple targets at once. Ideal against swarming enemies like Klingon carriers, mine layers or if you prefer roundhouse kicks.
  • Torpedo High Yield III - You think 2 or 3 photon torpedoes are to less or your plasma torpedo could need some more yield? Get abord the USS Independence and learn there with Mr. Rajakanya and Chief Engineer Brex how to increase the damage potential of your tiny, glowing, eloquent diplomats in space.
Commanders:
  • Suppressing Fire III - Enemy troops are always zerging you and are too fast too close to you? Now you have here the awesome solution to slow down your enemy and if you even equip your security officer with spreading fire mode you're able to slow down an entire group of troops. Perfect for practicing clay pigeons shooting!
  • Attack Pattern Beta III - Yes, we know you can handle to press the button to fire phasers and photons, but you've got no clue where to shoot at an enemy, right?! Fortunately knows Captain Awesome how to find weak spots of enemys and lectures your officer to fire always at the weakest spot of an enemy vessel. Your enemies will be blown before you can even finish saying 'Awesome!'
  • Attack Pattern Omega III - Too slow, turn ratio not good enough, fire power is meh and you're being hold by a tractor beam and you need a change of that?! This awesome attack pattern is the perfect counter agent for all these plagues you have to endure while captaining any starship. Report yourself now at Captain Awesome to get a grasp what awesomness means for your life!

If you are daring, brave or simply insane enough to spend some time among scoundrels of Emerald Pirate's ship Paradox you and your officers will end up scarred (physically and/or mentally) but will also learn a lot of deadly skills... for a price in Latinum, of course, and if you are good enough you may even be called into captain's private quarters.. But be warned: any Federation officers will walk the plank and be vented to space.

Lieutenant Commanders:
Photon Grenade III: Do you have problems with armored opponents and braking down the airlock doors? Or do you simply love causing destruction and havoc? Then Caliban will teach you how to properly handle a grenade in combat. Training of course include using live grenades on living targets, not some sissy dud grenades and dolls. Train well and you'll be rewarded, train badly and you will become a grenade target for other trainees.
Beam Fire at Will III: Everybody knows that being a pirate means that you must leave your opponents in awe and fear, and what is better than passing through their blockade with confidence and without flinching? Minefields and fighter squadrons can be dealt with easily with special multi-target training. Enchanting and deadly Sholeh will gladly teach you how to do it, her rewards are bountiful, but beware of her punishments to poor students.
Tactical Team III: While unpredictability and making chaos is one of biggest strengths of a pirate, a good pirate captain must know how to properly control and motivate a horde of scoundrels on its ship. When you learn proper intimidation, torture, brainwashing, misinformation and reward techniques your crew will readily jump at your every whim. Doctor Krux will teach you all about proper morale building, but you may not survive his teachings, especially if you displease him.
Torpedo: High Yield III: Crew of the paradox brags how they hold Alpha Quadrant's record in making the biggest plasma torpedoes with most devastating properties. Be that true or not, those lucky few surviving workers at Utopia Planitia ship yards on Mars after Emerald Pirate's attack whispered of "green death stars" hitting the shipyards and evastating everything in green plasma inferno. While not really fond of normal non-plasma torpedoes, Sholeh and her slaves can also teach you how to rapid fire those.

Commanders:
Fire On My Mark II: Good pirate knows the importance of how to kill or capture its prey fast. so training in how to spot and shoot at most vital points is quite crucial. After spending some time in Paradox' training deck you will also learn how to this. But also after visiting doctor Krux's office you will learn the importance of listening to your captain and its officers without a question.
Suppressing Fire III: Do you have problems when capturing ships with waves and waves of defenders coming after you? Then good old technique of suppressing fire is just the thing for you. Learn how to shoot at their legs, make them duck for cover and most efficiently intimidate them with your assault weapon. It works with lesser weapons, but crew of the Paradox recommends only big guns for this... unless you are on a slave capturing run, of course.
Target Optics III: Pirates may be chaotic bunch, but they know value of good equipment. If you are nice, charming and well built enough, Asharru may give you one of her holo-optical devices and teach you how to use it. Wit them you will become a death for your opponents since the optics will analyze and show most weak and preferable shooting points for you. Works well even if you have only one eye.
Attack Pattern Beta III: Sometimes even pirates become targets of other pirates. In that case quick maneuvering will make prey out of hunters. If you spend serving as a slave on the bridge you may learn this dastardly maneuver and see it in action. Just remember: if you spill drinks, you will never be able to use what you learned.
Attack Pattern Omega III: When you want to finish off your prey fast or just toy with it before its demise knowing how to do is most menacingly and confidently is quite important. Not only that you will be able to shake off most of your prey's defenses, you will also lovingly punch at its hull at most appropriate places and keep your engines up on speed so that your scared prey do not escape. You may learn this skill again by serving on the bridge, but remember to keep yourself useful... or else...
Dispersal Pattern Beta III: Do you want to leave nasty exploding presents to those who are chasing you? If you do, Suhailah's crew will teach you how to place your mines in most dirty and damaging manner. All is fair in love, war and setting minefields, as they say, and to hell with any war conventions.

Starfleet science officer Lieutenant Commander Logan Joule of the USS Erinyes offers special training courses for young academics.

Lieutenant Commander:
  • Hazard Emitters III: If radiogenic clouds or simply disruptors eating through hull plates, these strong emitters will restore structural integrity with exponential speed.
  • Jam Targeting Sensors III: Flash your enemy sensors with this and they have to wait until the flash has subsided or they have recalibrated their sensors, anyway, this gives you time to get some distance or prepare your next move.

Commander:
  • Feedback Pulse III: This adaptation of your shield grid allows you to throw basically energy discharges back at your enemies. If the enemy shall hurt itself, this is the right tool for it.
  • Photonic Shockwave III: A powerful burst of photons that will throw every enemy's captain out of their chairs and makes them crawl back to it for a while. Excellent choice to provoke an opportunity for your next strike.
